I make powerful technology usable, and trustworthy.
For 15+ years I have helped regular people succeed with complex software in environments where mistakes were not an option. Now I do the same with AI.
The reset that became the proof.
In 2025 I chose to reset large parts of my life. The plan was simple: sell the house, raise some cash, and let the next chapter find me.
Then I discovered my home had sunk nearly two inches in six years due to the soil it was built on. What should have been a quick sale became an eight-month pause, living out of half-packed boxes on a tight budget.
I decided not to waste it. I used the time, and the AI systems I had been building, to take on the dispute itself: organizing thousands of documents, mapping evidence, tracking legal deadlines, and coordinating with my attorney.
That pressure-tested everything. The result is a body of real, working systems and a clear conviction: AI is a powerful partner when it is governed, transparent, and kept on a short leash. That is what I help others build.
Where this comes from
High-stakes support, done right
I built and led technical support and customer success teams in low-tolerance environments: enterprise authentication, government, and law enforcement, where being wrong had real consequences.
Mission-critical systems
I delivered mission-management solutions for government aviation agencies worldwide, including augmented reality, full-motion video, and stabilized camera systems.
A translator by trade
My whole career has been making complex products usable for people who are not experts. Not by dumbing things down, but by removing friction and giving people the right context.
A partner, not an oracle.
These principles shape every system I build.
Transparency over magic
If you cannot see what the AI did, you cannot trust it. Every system surfaces its actions in plain language.
Governance over hope
AI needs rules, permissions, and limits that are written down and visible, not assumed. Good behavior is designed, not wished for.
The right abstraction
Every business is different. I build for your actual needs rather than forcing you into a generic tool.
Collaboration over complacency
AI will happily give you an answer that merely works. The job is to catch where 'works' is not good enough, together.
Let's see if I can help.
The first conversation is free and honest. If AI is not the right answer, I will tell you.
